We offer professional Photography and Videography Services, Including but not limited to Real Estate Photography, Industrial Photography, Portraits, and Landscape Print Sales.

3. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings must be confirmed in writing or via our online booking system.

  • A deposit may be required to secure your session.

  • Full payment is due after delivery of final images & videos.

  • Late payments may incur additional fees.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Clients must notify us at least 1-2 days in Advance for Cancellations or Rescheduling.

  • Deposits may be non-refundable for last-minute cancellations.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule due to poor weather conditions unsuitable for filming or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Image Rights & Usage

  • We retain Copyright Ownership of all Images and Videos unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Clients receive license for personal or commercial use, depending on the service purchased.

  • Images may not be resold, edited, or used for unauthorized purposes without our consent.

  • We reserve the right to use images for marketing, portfolio, and promotional purposes.

6. Delivery of Images & Revisions

  • Final Images will be delivered within 1-2 business days unless otherwise stated.

  • Revisions will be subject to additional fees.

  • Clients are responsible for backing up and storing their files after delivery.

7. Liability & Indemnification

  • Clients must ensure proper permissions and access for shoots. We are not responsible for any legal issues arising from location usage.

  • We are not liable for accidental loss, damage, or delays caused by third-party factors.

8. Website Use

  • The content on this website is for Informational Purposes only and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.

9. Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions as & when required.

  • Continued use of our services after changes constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
